Vocabulary-a-Day

If anyone is looking for a great place to learn some vocabulary every day (10 a day) and have something to listen to on your ipod, then try wordshowers. It's pretty good and has MP3s to download. I actually found a version of these pre-downloaded and most of the vocab from the site in an excel file, so give me a shout if you want it.
